Wandering through Annapolis as the evening settled in. No big plan, just a quiet little street, old houses and that unmistakable feeling of being somewhere completely different.

Early evening, when the streets start to quieten and the houses begin to glow.

Some of the historic streets and lanes are narrow, so they’re much better explored on foot.
What surprised me
How peaceful Annapolis can feel just a few minutes away from the busier waterfront.
Would I go back?
Definitely. I’d happily spend another evening just wandering around.
