Swimming with turtles in Gili T

I’ll never forget the first time I swam with a turtle in Gili T 🐢 I was sunbathing while my boyfriend was out snorkelling when I suddenly heard him shout, “Turtle, turtle!” I jumped straight into the water and swam over, and there they were—two turtles swimming in the shallows, calmly eating the seagrass. I got to swim alongside them for a while, and it honestly felt like such a surreal, once-in-a-lifetime moment.
