2024

First proper Sydney moment. Spent way longer around the harbour than I planned to 😂

Pass it on

Worth knowing

It’s much bigger than you expect. The best part for me was seeing it from different angles rather than just stopping for the obvious photo.

Don't miss

Walk around Circular Quay and get down towards the water for the classic bridge views. It’s worth seeing from both sides.

Would I go back?

Absolutely. There’s something about the harbour that makes you want to come back, even if you’ve already seen it.

Best time

During the day, atmosphere is worth it.

Watch out

It gets seriously busy around the harbour, especially in the middle of the day. If you’re trying to get a good photo, be prepared to wait for a gap in the crowds.

What surprised me

How much the bridge actually dominates the whole harbour. You can spot it from so many different places around the city, and it somehow looks different from every angle.
